The person in California who rents out my property has declared bankruptcy because he is a mortgage broker and nobody wants to sell and nobody wants to buy.

Why would someone who has a 2 or 3% mortgage? Want to sell their home only to move into a 7 or 8% mortgage? I know some of you on the left. Probably had mortgage as high as 16% during 1980 during the end of the Jimmy Carter era. Inflation is what kicked Jimmy Carter in the ass And that's why he was replaced by Ronald Reagan. The Iran hostage crisis, showing a weak President is a similar factor to President Biden.Being a cross between mister magu and mister rogers when it comes to foreign policy and showing lack of toughness. They purposely overspend and they expect the Federal Reserve to be able to tame the economy because inflation is kicked up from jackass over spending.

So mortgage brokers are losing money or getting out of the business or funding for bankruptcy because of stupid brokeback bidenomics.
