When fliers go through altitude chamber training they are encouraged to "pass gas" to relieve the effects of the pressure changes. I figure Trump is just trying to relieve the pressure.

I have said before that the average person farts between 10 and 20 times per day. Since Donald is older, he farts more because his metabolism has slowed down, all those McDonald's burgers stay in his system longer creating more gas
