A limited nuclear war between China and the USA will give us a couple of decades of colder weather, Crop failures, and famine.
The climate change fanatics in Washington will go totally insane and be depressed because it will no longer have a mission.
No more carbon taxes, The internal combustion engine will be the most efficient way to get around. Processing rare earth metals from China will no longer be feasible because China will be destroyed as well. We can't process rare Earth Metals in the U.S. due to existing EPA regulations even before President Trump We can't process rare- Earth Metals in the USA due to existing EPA regulations even before President Trump.
Lithium and other metals are extremely poisonous to handle in the processing to make them viable for batteries.
