People are blasting Judge Cannon for, in my non lawyer opinion, trying to follow the law. I don’t think it is proper to miss label evidence and lie about it. I think there are rules about lawyer client privilege, is it proper to pierce that vail? It will be interesting to see what others think! More interesting will be what the judge thinks!

The "mislabeled" contents violated chain of custody, which means that the evidence is tainted, and if the Judge agrees, means it's "poisoned fruit" and you can't use it in the trial. Cochran and Bailey got OJ off because the cops screwed up the chain of custody.
The people trying to hide the fact that they were accessing the evidence is the FBI and Jack Smith.
