Houthis target U.S. destroyer in latest round of missile attacks; strike British merchant ship

Please tell me that our elected officials are not going to allow this blatant, in-your-face act of war against our country to be tolerated by some half-hearted, measured military response. American lives lie in the balance as does American prestige. That's the "Don't Tread on Me" not "Gee, aren't we Special" type of prestige that gives real world enemies practical pause. Iran and their surrogates need an object lesson in American military capabilities and, most importantly, resolve.
