Very classy of her. She is bringing her 3 friends, which is really going to earn him points as well. It shows that she is a true superstar.

I know people have posted that it's embarrassing for military members to ask for dates on the internet, I don't think it is. And good on her for accepting and being a good sport.

LCDR (Join to see) I think that depends on whom they are asking. Making a you tube video to ask the girl who broke your heart in the third grade: creepy.
Making a you tube video to ask a celebrity: Awesome
Celebrities showing up for these events raising the spirits of everyone in attendance: priceless (sorry couldn't resist)

PO3 Steven Sherrill haha I agree and good use of the comic relief :)

My wife and I are big country music fans and found out after our musician we had lined up for our wedding fell through that Toby Keith was going to be in the area for a concert the night before and the night following our wedding. We reached out to him and he would have come except there was also an unannounced concert that night.

Our wedding turned out fine and we had a DJ, but that would have been awesome if he'd come to our beach reception.

This was funny the first time it happened because it was out of the blue. Maybe a little the second time when a female Marine asked a male celebrity. now it's annoying.
