You cannot make this stuff up. Seriously a bad cold made her do it? I guess the Russians gave her a cold and then prevented her from taking cold @ medicine. Yeah that's it!

That is about the worst excuse I've heard in years. AND, it's only being made at all because of the backlash her actions have created. She is huberistic enough to believe that the rules don't apply to her, especially if it advances her agenda.
