So, bringing up the Antifa stuff again, I offer a few questions. Does the actions of an extreme left justify the actions of the extreme right? Does the existence of Antifa extremists somehow negate President Bush's statement? Is it not legitimate to address the issues of bigotry and white supremacy because there are other bad people that don't hold those particular ideals?

Bigotry will always be with us in some form. Now, if we are speaking of racial prejudice, that is something which can be addressed and dealt with, usually by education. Often, simply interacting with other races can be an education in itself.
