Podesta isn't at the center of anything. His PR firm was hired legally.

Really? The Podesta Group appears to be in violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA). This was also one of the charges in yesterday Manafort indictment.

While you may believe "Podesta isn't at the center of anything", I find it interesting that he (Tony Podesta) announced his resignation from the Podesta Grp yesterday...the same day as the indictments were released. I'm sure it was just a coincidence.

Personally, I don't care if they are republican or democrat if lobbyist are breaking the law they should be held accountable.

CMSgt (Join to see) As of yet, there has been no indictment for Podesta, just a lot of blame being thrown around.

https://mobile.nytimes.com/2017/10/30/us/politics/tony-podesta-resignation-lobbying.html
"Mr. Podesta’s lawyer on Monday sent a cease-and-desist letter to a Fox News host over his claims on air that Mr. Podesta and his brother, John Podesta, worked closely with Mr. Manafort on behalf of Russia. The host, Tucker Carlson, said that the Podesta brothers and Mr. Manafort were the “central figures” in Mr. Mueller’s investigation.

Mr. Podesta’s lawyer, Geoffrey R. Garinther, wrote to Mr. Carlson on Monday that his “false and defamatory statements have caused damage and injury to the reputation of Mr. Podesta and the Podesta Group.”

I'm also of the opinion that it doesn't matter who gets caught in the dragnet. Lobbyists are vile.

Agreed. The main reason I posted the original link was to make light of the Clinton-Lynch tarmac meeting. Those Clinton's seem to show up in the darndest places. But, if you break the law you should be held accountable regardless of political affiliation. I have no problem with the Manafort indictment.
