Then I say "continue the law suits until it becomes exceedingly painful and expensive NOT to follow due process".

Not the greatest article written on the subject but its core is correct,

I have read many articles where the accused had proof they were innocent and the schools kangaroo court would not allow the evidence or allow the accused representation. Some times the accused was not even allowed to speak on their own behalf. The Schools make up their own court and rules and then ignore them to go with the politically correct answer. They have no legal authority or power, no criminal investigative team, no police involvement or judicial system, yet they still destroy the accused's life based on hearsay. Several of the cases I have read about the Police were involved and it was determined by them that the accuser had lied and or it was consensual and the accuser was retaliating, most often because the accused had dumped them or refused further contact.

As A Male I would tell any male college student too be extremely careful get it in writing or have witness that can corroborate that it was consensual. More to the point don't trust any women in college you never know what their agenda is. Don't go after a women that has had any alcohol, and if she says she is studying feminism run don't walk away. If you are accused and you are innocent sue the accuser and the school. Sue them for slander, libel, harassment, and keep suing them till they relent.
