Interesting article. We all think we are tough...but as we get older we might not be tough, and sharks or jerks may be looking to get our money. Big issue about taking elderly into court ordered guardianship situations in Nevada. Some good fights against it.

Having claims background as a DAV Service officer I am very familiar with the issue of so many veterans receiving benefits through fraud. This has contributed to how the claims process is now administered.

IMO because so many have gotten monies fraudulently, other vets that SHOULD be getting the money dont.
