Best parts of having this specialty

During deployments expect to function like a contractor, project manager, and an accountant, so learn spread sheet bookkeeping, and study up on the culture of the people where you are headed, because you are the subject matter expert on culture. Also don't listen to the Psych Ops side of the house, because they are full of MISO soup.
Edit Edit

Worst parts of having this specialty

That we are called the Peace Corps with Guns.

Advice on how to transfer to this specialty
