Training information

Assist on all human resource support matters.  Oversight of all strength management and strength distribution actions.  Responsible for the readiness, health and welfare of all Soldiers.  Postal and personnel accountability support.  Maintain emergency notification data. These things are taught in 42A school. As A HR NCO the duties become vast and can encompass many other areas. As well the level of assignment Eg. Bn/Bde/Div/Joint. This is just your basic job description
