Thank you. I believe this and other topics like this are very important. We are in the middle of a social experiment and a radical change in our food sources. Prior to 1950, and the escalation of so many diseases and chronic illnesses our world was a different place. Our pricessing, manipulation, preparation and ability to transport goods around the world expanded rapidly. Our understanding of these new technologies, advancements and processes have not had enough time to play out to know the ultimate results. Our change in understanding how our bodies function and how it reacts to the bombardment is now reaching into the unknown and challenges steadfast theories. Again we are in the process of shifting paradigm... And and we are facing the challenges of that time. I believe having transparency and integrity to trust the resources is imperative. If not I want the legal right to grow my own good and buy from sources I trust. I say both at this point are being threatened and that too is a concern. Thank you.

There is strong evidence for a tie between mental health and ones immune system.

Since the immune system is based in the gut, it seems logical that the food you eat would affect your overall health.
