So a black & white TV with only 3 channels tops would really blow the mind of your students I'd guess.

I am a big history fan and I feel the short 49years I have been around so much has changed in such a short period of time. Our first TV was black and white with only three channels and telephones were attached to the wall. Four tracks, then eight tracks, and now playlists on phones. My Dad was born in 44 and by the time he could remember, we had those black and white TVs, IKE was first president in color, and the phones were attached to the walls. I can relate more with him than my kids can with me.
