Whoa. I actually thought this rumor was true, but if I had seen it was the 101st... no way I would have taken this seriously!

if it was a commo unit I would believe it. I was a 1SG in Kuwait and I was told to do a combat patch ceremony for my unit. I refused. these guys were in px land and living good in dorms, no battle rattle. the unit never went to IRAQ or Afghanistan, I got a bad NCOER but I think I helped these young soldiers realize the combat patch is not be taken for granted.

Now that's funny. Fast response from the Roks. I think they just got caught in the cross fire though. The real target should have been the 4 ID. Roks are to proud to be 101 and 187 to remove anything that masks them as such.
