The legal entity should sue their own organization for charging 30, 40, and 50% fees against the settlements they achieve for their clients.
The Missouri home sellers who sued the National Association of Realtors (NAR) were represented by Cohen Milstein. Cohen Milstein is recognized as one of the largest and most diversified plaintiff-side litigation firms in the country — with over 100 attorneys in offices in Washington, DC, New York, Philadelphia, Boston, Chicago, Minneapolis, Palm Beach Gardens, and Raleigh.
The current award to the Cohen Milstein firm on the NAR claim is 418 million dollars that claimants will not share.
