Why does everyone demand Trump provide evidence to his claims, but all the baseless claims against him being tied to Putin require no equal evidence and is accepted as "it must be true."?

Some clear lines need to be drawn here. It isn't a question of whether the NSA 'spies' or does anything clandestine. The question is whether Obama himself ordered specific surveillance against Trump, in the context of gathering intel to wield during the election.
People in Trump's circles being caught in surveillance nets over foreign nationals does not fit this bill. Trump has made a very specific and very serious claim; and it warrants more evidence than 'eh maybe it's possible'. This is the kind of thing where you seriously need to put up or shut up, and Trump has nothing to put up.
