As Congress tries to dig for answers, Trump and his legal team attempted to stonewall investigators with one particular legal concept: executive privilege.
What happens next for both Bannon and Trump?

I wonder where all the "Insurrection" & "Treason" convictions for the Jan. 6th Rioters went? You think they would have been able to pull one out of the hat by now.

SFC Randy Hellenbrand - Well Randy, since I don't watch Fox News (or for that matter I don't watch CNN, MSNBC, NewsMax, ABC/CBS/NBC, Bloomberg, HNN, et al., etc, etc, etc.), I'm begging you provide a link to a single person from the Jan 6th Capitol Riot that has resulted in a conviction for either "Treason" OR "Insurrection". Hell, I'll even settle for a "Sedition" conviction. You need to back her down, Sergeant; you're pumping mud!

SFC Randy Hellenbrand Informed? Seems you have not been informed of the lack of evidence to even consider or support a convection of any wrong doing by the January 6th protesters.
Do you consider what is happening in NY today an Insurrection? A charge of insurrection is actually supported by the actions of those responsible for occupation.
Property damage or trespassing is not a charge that would support a charge of insurrection but what is an actual insurrection id that they forcibly occupied the building, took actual hostages, which to individuals being forcefully removed from the premises.
Does that hold water to the January 6th property damage or trespassing? Not a chance. That is nothing more than a left leaning liberal agenda against an opposing party and individuals questioning the legitimacy of an Election.
Just stating facts my friend.
