Danish Culture Minister Jakob Engel-Schmidt said it was "touching" to see how many people lent their hand "to save art treasures and iconic images from the burning building." One man jumped off his bicycle on his way to work to help.

In my travels, I had been to that building many times. I used the steeple that fell as a land mark while walking the city. It looked like soft serve ice cream to me. A huge piece of History up in flames. I am glad they saved what they could.

All those European Cities were lovely to walk around in, and in the Baltic they are right next to wonderful Ports too. I hope you get to go there someday!
