Testimony of soldiers wounded during hunt for Bergdahl

I heard yesterday it will be sometime later in 2017 before a decision is made to prosecute or not. What the hell is so special about this coward ? I just don't get it.

That Bowe Bergdahl walked off his Afghanistan post in 2009 is not in dispute. His lawyers have claimed that no one was hurt as a result of the search for him.
