Have you noticed an eerie similarity between Army CWO's (affectionately called Chief) and Navy Chief Petty Officers? I know I have!

LT (Join to see), thanks for making me laugh today. Some Warrant Officers take serious offense to certain stereotypes or labels against Warrant Officers, but I find it amusing. Times have changed and besides, I find formations to be very entertaining. I get to see Soldiers running up late to formation, I get to see Platoon Leaders who have no clue who is there or not, I get to see Platoon SGT's who can't perform basic math when reporting their numbers to the 1SG. I get to see the 1SG come out and talk for 15-20 minutes about the same stuff he said yesterday and the day before that. I get to see the CDR standing in the back basking in his own glory before a run. I get to see half of the formation fall out before actual PT starts because of profiles and appointments. I get to see a lot of stuff. I love formations.
