Managed the operation of the Unified Atlantic Region Area Network (UARNOC); providing IP services (NIPR/SIPR/SCI) for over 250 Atlantic Fleet customers in direct support of the Global War on Terrorism. Management of the UARNOC included a technical control facility, which provided C4I connectivity services, RF, network encryption, IP routing/tunneling, Virtual Private Networks (VPN), Firewall protection, Intrusion detection/prevention, as well as Video Teleconferences (VTC). I promoted proactive training and employee development for over 200 military and civilian personnel, as well as providing guidance and mentorship to over 200 military personnel through informative training, formal presentations, and command assessments.
