Graduated University of Pittsburgh in 1962 with a BBA, major in accounting, took ROTC and spent 2 years active duty at Fort Lee and Camp Pickett, Va and 6 years reserves. Held several positions at Ford, Chrysler, Westinghouse, Ernst & Ernst, Shadyside Hospital, Medical Center of Beaver County and finally at Pricewaterhouse Coopers in 1979 and retired there as a partner in 2000.
