Conducted complete software re-imaging prior to each new class start to ensure all training databases were clear of previous data. Maintained and troubleshot hardware and software; repairing as needed or calling the C2S2 team to assist in resolving the issue. Oversaw the restructure and merger of the Prophet Operator and Analyst Courses (POC/PAC) into one course (Tactical SIGINT Operations Course) to maximize training effectiveness, allowing the course to morph to the most current operating environment and equipment. Maintained and accounted for $6.7 million of sensitive equipment.
