• NCO with a solid reputation for superior performance, accuracy, leadership, and decision making ability • Managed care and treatment of 300 soldiers as Battalion NCOIC of TMC • Directly supervised five soldier medics and oversaw all training as they were promoted through the ranks to NCO • Prioritized care of injured soldiers while deployed to Afghanistan while working as triage NCO • Spearheaded training of over 500 Iraqi and Afghan military personnel on first aid through use of an interpreter • Developed a pre-screening method for platoon level medics to initially screen soldiers prior to coming to aid station to determine triage level for sickness or injury • Assessed soldiers medical issues while working together with specialists, Dr's, and PA’s to develop a proper training regimen
