Someone is responsible for the inadvertent mix in ammo... and I am sure that heads will role because of this accident!!! Thanks for sharing this, MAJ Dale E. Wilson, Ph.D.!

Looks like they will have to go back to the basics , like we all did when we were kids. Just point your finger and say: "Bang! I got you." Safer than taking a real round. I imagine the Range Safety Officer is now in Thule - as his last Duty Station before Rifting out.
