I was wounded on 8th Jan 1970, so at this time I was in Valley Forge General Hospital, and had multiple surgeries. Released on 28th Dec 1970, and given full retirement for compensation.

I got distracted from commenting on this post, I did not see this report when this was televised as I may have been coming back from a surgery. All we did was watch TV in the hospital as there was not much to do there.
