Yep. Joe was right. Half the people I learned from in my life didn't say a thing. I just liked the way they went about their tasks. I wanted to be that good at those things.

Well, I’m sure you’re a natural leader. I remember that thoughtful comment you made to me where we disagreed, but you wrote why you thought the way you thought. And understood that I just didn’t agree. And you have to be a leader to listen to the opposing teams reasons for what they do and acknowledge them. Doesn’t mean you have to follow them, but it lets them know that you did listen. And I think all good leaders learn to listen to both sides or even more sides, so yeah I think you’re a leader
