I suffer and am getting a new treatment. Nasal Ketamine in a controlled environment and it’s helping with pain, bad memories and teaching my brain to relax. I am in a private room on a recliner, ear plugs, eye mask, covers up to my chin and help outside the door if I need it, having never used drugs and I don’t drink, it was quite a surprise the first time. I went this week and had a great experience, felt completely relaxed in the silence, There are only a few sites where they are using this method, these few photos are a hint of what my brain sees.
