I had the privilege to serve OCONUS in EUCOM twice along with a Balkan KFOR and OEF tour. I also got to visit Japan and Korea for RSOI/OFL. Ok, I am a bit of a foodie and MISS (and sometimes even DREAM about) Butter Pretzels, Doner Kabob, Goulash, Jaeger schnitzel. Also, there's the Turish coffee Balkan kraut-- then Yaki Mandu, Kimch, Bebiblibop (sp) with OB and the Soju Bowl. WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITES???

South Korean food is my favorite, I love the beef bulgogi, galbi, and spicy pork. Oh how I miss that place!

Dried baby squid tentacles (shaped like shoestring potatoes) in Japan were the perfect chaser to overcome the bitterness of Japanese beer when I was in high school there.
