When reenlisting as a 14h, my options are limited. My number one choice is to reenlist for the education option.

Seeing as my branch deploys very, very often... Would I come down for deployment orders if my BN was scheduled to deploy while I was on the school option?

The obvious answer is to talk to retention, however, right now I cannot due to being deployed(our retention is not BOG at the moment).

This is 'Education Incentive'...not an 'Education Option'. The Army offers options (there are currently 5) and local commands/units can offer the education incentive.

Typically, those Soldiers that reenlist for Option 2, Current Station Stabilization, can request the Education Incentive (if offered) and yes, if you are scheduled to deploy, you would deploy. A local incentive will not get you out of deployment orders.

However, the deployed months are tacked on to the overall stabilization period (you're stabilized upon redeployment on a 1 for 1 bases) so you'll be able to take advantage of the education incentive during your 12-month stabilization.

I think you just have to weigh in what your options are and the lifestyle you want to live, if your really into your job and enjoy the different aspects of it then I would say reenlist and focus on just taking 1 or 2 online classes that you can manage with your schedule. However if your more school focused then I would suggest possibly entering one of the man degree finishing programs the military offers where you go to school full time and accomplish your degree straight foreword and then come back to doing your job. Last would be to Palace Chase into the Reserves or Guard, convert your Montgomery GI Bill to Post 9/11 Bill unless your state of residents has their own Veterans Education Program and finish your degree while still fufilling your duties part time. Hope this helps.
