Wouldn't it be great to update DA records like that? Point and Click...ie promotion packets, NCOERs, awards and other personnel actions.

Agreed. I personally like seeing the person beyond the uniform. Your kids are adorable but I can understand the security concerns on a social networking with your kids picture. I am assuming that's the concern anyway.
