Does any RP member have experience with GEICO leadership development program?

I retired from the Marine Corps in December 2012, and immediately went back to college where I'll be graduating next month (December 2015) with my bachelors degree of Applied Art and Science. I recently submitted my resume to become a member of the GEICO Leadership Development Program. I'm specifically interested in operational management, but I'm interested in hearing that experience and/or opinions of RP members at all leadership levels at GEICO.

not here but ill check it out, i assume you need to have their insurance coverage ( i got USAA) .

Personal insurance wise I'm good, my question is more in regards to employment/transition within their leadership development programs now that I have a college degree.
