Can we add Distance Learning courses to the ERB ?

I have heard of people adding courses that they have done online to their ERB. If anyone knows the criteria for these Courses please share.

You can add a limited amount. You must have your SSD completed put on there as well as a few random ones which I can think of include the Smoke Course (031 M34) and Support Operations PH 1 (907 F30). I do know that they must be at least 40 hours and no sub courses are accepted; all or none.
