We have some young Soldiers/NCOs with multiple deployments and even multiple purple hearts that get a hand shake or a dinner out with buddies when they ETS or get medically discharged. They deserve a unit farewell as much as that SrNCO or COL that gets a BIG good bye ceremony. Where is the equality?

SSG(P) Imad Ennafii Amen. I always made the biggest dinner out possible for my troops. If we had a good amount of donations, the award would be a saber. If we didn't have a lot, we would at a minimum make them a shadow box (we had a carpenter) and dinner.
