I want you to answer this from the point of view of the "attendee". I really want to create a "this gets me angry" type of list, so please comment and be professional and respectful, but DON'T Hold Back!!! I'll be happy to upload and convey the results in a meaningful way. 10 SECONDS is all I'm asking for, your response will go a VERY long way.

P.S. There may be an opportunity to take one of YOU along with me LIVE on the RADIO to discuss this. So, I'd kind of like to know who would be open to being on the radio with me to talk about career advancement and how the jobs landscape is changing. We also have an opportunity in LONDON if we can coordinate the times.

So much training I've been to in the Navy sucked because of the trainer. Those people definitely lived up to the old saying "Those who can't, teach."

I know, I as a trainer, I get that "adage" all the time, but I'm one of those who "can" and I get it and I love showing others... But man, if I had a $1 for every time...

Don't get me wrong, I've had plenty of great trainers/instructors as well! But like you said, "$1 for every time..." LOL...

For example, when the Navy sent me to Security+ Boot Camp/training, I was one of the very few people from my class who passed the test the first time around.

John,

I see that experience with Sec+ all the time play out. You cant just make anyone an instructor/teacher, its definitely an art and science...
