Should the Army go back to School of Soldier Program?

I received mix feelings when I asked the question about the Army going back to CCF, so now I am asking another question. Should the Army go back to School of Soldier, because to me this was another program that the Army had that was very helpful for soldiers needing a push when they got out of hand at the Company level.
