I am looking to hire former recruiters (preferably retired) for at-home inside sales work for my company.
As a Service Disabled Veteran myself, hiring veterans is central to my company, as well as to me personally, of course.
Any ideas will be greatly appreciated (and if you or someone you know might be interested in talking with me about it, please contact me here).

I would talk to National Guard Recruiters, they can leave their AGR tour. Also you could ask about ADOS recruiting assistants because ADOS only lasts a few months.

SGT Robert Foley One of the best places to connect with former recruiters is LinkedIn There is a USAREC Group and Military Recruiters group. You can also do profile searches by using Army, Marine, etc: recruiters, it will pull up profiles that have branch recruiter in their experience. You can also feel free to connect with me and connect with former recruiters in my network.

Thank you CSM. I use LinkedIn often and belong to military groups, but not the Recruiter's group that you mentioned. I will certainly check it out.
Beyond inside sales help (where I believe a recruiter has developed the requisite skills, and also - hopefully - embodies what we are about as a company), we will also be creating an online academy for veterans who are interested in learning to be a transcriptionist. Being as it is a work-from-home job, it could be especially well-suited for those who are disabled.
The recruiter does not have to be retired, but does need to have a mature, responsible attitude and be forward-looking and hungry. While we started in 2003 and have already found some success as a company, this is truly a ground-floor opportunity that could pan out nicely for the right person.
Up to this point, I have avoided an at-large posting in favor of a selective search. If you know of anyone who might be interested, or if you have any further suggestions on how/where to find them, I would welcome any further direction you might have.

Start by identify your terrain/area of operation and then seek out your workers using your local veterans hang outs, the VA hospital/clinic/ watering holes, and here on RP.
