Put your good ideas into action!

I see a ton of great ideas here on Rallypoint. (Some very questionable ones as well) The thing that bothers me though, is what are we (leaders) doing with them? I would like to introduce to some of you, who are unaware of it's existance, DA Form 2028. The form is for recommended changes to publications and blank forms. It is extremely easy to fill out and send up and if you ever forget the form number it's on the first page of most regulations. (The one you always scroll right past.) I cannot tell you if they get looked at, but I can tell you that I have sent one up before and the error was subsequently changed. I don't know if it was because of the form or somebody else just noticed the same error, but credit for the change is not what is important. What's important is that the error is corrected and we all know what right looks like. So please, if you notice an error or have an idea on how to improve the organization, take five minutes out of your day and fill the darn thing out.
