I'm slotted to go to the Died soon. I was just curious about the facilities such as gym, track, and defac. Are the gyms setup for that kind of lifting/training? And is the defac serving somewhat healthy foods? Thanks in advance guys and gals!

I just left a week ago from there! It's pretty easy getting in shape if you're willing to sacrifice a couple hours of sleep (that's if you work more than 12 hrs a day...). The chow hall has mostly good food. They just got back chicken breasts so that's good on your part. They got rid of egg white since July due to the bird flu. The CC gym has all the necessary things like free weights and machines and the cardio building is about to get new equipment as well. The BPC gym is where it's at. It has different rooms with free weights, weight machines, cardio machines, swimming pool, racquetball rooms, and a GNC. There's also a 1/4 mile track in the CC side. Good luck on your gains (or losses if weight loss is in your plans!)

The facilities are great, but the heat is oppressive. Hottest place I've ever been.
Be careful if you take on a running regimen. I had to do it at midnight.
