There's no doubt that all of the Army Values are important, but which is the one that you hold in highest regard? And to keep this from being one-word responses, why and how do you seek to instill that value in your Soldiers? (You can stick to one-word responses if you wish.)

integrity, without this you are nothing, i try to instill this in my peers and subordinates by always being the first to admit when i am wrong do did something i should not have and not punishing as harshly when a solider is honest and upfront with me.
