On the home page of TOD, you should see a button in the lower right corner for "Help Request." On the help request drop down menu, one of the items is MRD/ETS correction. You will need to submit proof to change that but they are pretty responsive.

Well my issue was that I was applying for a retiree recall position but they still showed me as a member of the IRR. I had to submit my retirement orders. I am not sure what you will need to submit. I recommend that you submit a help request and ask them how that is updated. It may be when HRC updates personnel records and TOD draws from that system.

I ran into a similar issue with TOD. For some reason even though HRC was tracking that I was INDEF, my TOD profile was showing that I had less than a year of service left. The help desk fixed it very quickly.
