Does RallyPoint have, or should it have a way to share files with other members?

I know AKO has a file sharing that is a pain in the butt.  And there are some MOS specific sites that share files.  Would it be beneficial to have some kind of file sharing here?  Management of it seems to probably be the hardest issue to tackle, and there would have to be some oversight to ensure that sensitive or classified information wasn't posted as well, but I think it could be done.  Perhaps each user could have a limited amount of share space?
