Anyone go from 11B active to 11B National Guard? I'm just wondering what to expect.

Seems most of the my internet search found NG to AD and not the other way around.
Good question, as I imagine a lot of people will be transfering to the NG with our downsizing of AD.
I'd check out NG's website
