Why do you think these specific 35 career fields were selected?  I always thought that the opportunity to cross train into different career fields increased performance and motivation from those folks that really wanted to achieve a career path that aligned with their strengths and interests. Anyone in these career fields being impacted?  What are your thoughts? 



Air Force cancels retraining in 35 career fields


The Air Force announced Tuesday that it has dropped at least 35 career fields from the list of jobs that airmen can retrain into, affecting as many as 1,000 airmen.

We are going to see more of this happening across the various services.  The next question here however is what fields?   So, during the holidays we will be having Airman worrying about this.
