What are the odds of me getting to the Spokane Area?

Greetings all,
I am looking at trying to get the Coeur d'Alene/Spokane area. I'm from Montana but that's just a little too close to home.
Anyway I will finish school around mid December. Just trying to figure out the odds of me coming there.

I have recruiting school in November.
I know I should be coming down on orders while I am in school. Just trying to narrow down where to go if I can.
