ATRRS would be the first place I'd look. If I remember correctly the course number should be on any orders you received as well.

Try writing the school house that you attended, odds are they have the records.

Sir, Thank you for the response. Unfortunately, some of the schools I attended no longer exist nor does the school house. I did get a few numbers this way though. Thanks!
