Complacency is running amok, and the excuse is "budget cuts".
It is BS, since most of the training we do requires little to no resources, and the support staff hasn't gone anywhere. They just do less with less.

Not in my house.

If complacency is an issue in any unit...much less branch - it's a failure on the leadership.

TSgt Melissa Post - It is plausible it's an issue in various units due to sheer number of reasons - two of which I think cover most are toxic and poor leadership.
