Many said that creating a Military Institute would not work and would be more like a "diploma mill". Well after speaking with the Illinois Board for Higher Education, not is http://mannslogistics.wix.com/mosci is good to go but the State of Illinois is working on a pilot program for veterans along the same lines. But until this pilot program is complete and other states join in, I will continue.

Cpl Dr Ronnie Manns, university level credit needs to be regionally or nationally accredited. State level accreditation is more for secondary education. I haven't looked at your state laws specifically, but you should be aware that state level accreditation bodies are not generally accepted for university level credit, and would be completely worthless outside of your state.

Some tips to help you on your path to success:
You may want to look into purchasing a domain name, a web host, and a professional web designer or professionally designed template for WordPress or Joomla. Websites without these items are generally phishing websites, and we like to avoid those.

You may also want to check out the Community College of the Air Force, part of Air University, which is regionally accredited and offers degrees to members of the Air Force, based primarily on their job.

Good luck!

Empowered and justified. First off, it was my desire to accomplish said event and then I got even greater sense in the look on the individuals face when I proved them wrong. IN YOUR FACE. Negative people and comments can put gas on the fire.
